How it works
It is a monthly contract. Before you sign, we set out in writing what it covers and what it doesn’t.
If something comes up during the month that goes beyond what is included, we let you know and send you a quote before doing it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to take out maintenance?
No. What we build is yours and anyone you choose can maintain it. Maintenance is for people who would rather not worry about updates, backups and faults.
How quickly do you respond?
During working hours, usually the same day. Anything that stops your website or software from working always comes first.
Do you maintain websites or software you didn’t build?
Yes, but we review them first. That way we know what state they are in and can tell you what we can guarantee and what should be fixed beforehand.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel whenever you like, with the notice period set out in the contract, and we hand over all your logins and your data.
