How we go about it
Before we write a line of code we spend time with you and with the people who will use the program, because that is where it is decided whether it will be useful. Then we build it in stages, and you test each stage with real cases before we move on.
When we finish we train your team and leave everything documented.
Our products
This is how we built our own software: FriGest, for the breakdowns, job sheets and invoicing of refrigeration and air-conditioning companies, and NexuKids, which escoletas (nursery schools for 0–3 year-olds) already use for their day-to-day contact with families. Both are up and running and we maintain them ourselves.

Why custom software and not an off-the-shelf program?
Sometimes an off-the-shelf program is enough, and if that’s the case for you we’ll say so. Custom software pays off when the way you work is what sets you apart and generic programs force you to change it or patch everything together with workarounds.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. We design it to be easy to use on the office computer and on the phone of whoever is out on a job or in the warehouse.
Can I start with something small?
That’s what we recommend. We begin with the part that costs you the most time or causes the most mistakes, get it running and carry on from there once you can see it works.
Where is my data kept?
On a server that we rent and manage ourselves, with daily backups. The data is yours and you can ask for a full export whenever you like.
Who looks after it afterwards?
We do, if you take out maintenance: updates, backups, monitoring and the small changes that come up along the way.
