Website design for lawyers and law firms in Mallorca

People looking for a lawyer hardly ever search for your name. They search for “inheritance lawyer in Palma” or “immigration lawyer in Mallorca” and choose from whoever comes up. We build law firm websites designed so that people find you for every area you practise.

What we often see

A single page with a list of practice areas, a team photo and a phone number. To Google that is a page about everything and nothing, so when someone searches for a specific matter, another firm with a whole page on it comes up instead.

Often the site is also several years old, you have to zoom in to read it on a phone, and the Google Maps listing shows old opening hours or unanswered reviews.

What a law firm website includes

A page for each practice area

Inheritance, divorce, debt relief, immigration, employment or whatever you handle, each with its own page: the cases you take on, how the process usually goes, who at the firm deals with it and the questions clients ask at the first meeting.

Who you are and where to find you

Your background, your bar association and membership number, your address with a map and directions. People looking for a lawyer are reassured to see who will be advising them.

Your articles and publications

If you write for the Bar Association’s journals or the press, we publish them on your site. Few things build more trust with a client, and they help Google and AI assistants see you as a specialist.

In your clients’ languages

English, Spanish and Catalan, each with its own addresses.

A discreet enquiry form

It asks only for what you need to call back (name, phone number and the type of matter) and leaves the details for the conversation. Every enquiry reaches your inbox straight away.

Compliant legal notices

A legal notice with your professional details, privacy and cookie policies, and no Bar Association emblems, which the Code of Conduct does not allow in advertising.

Google Maps and AI assistants

When people search for lawyers in an area, the Google Maps listing usually appears before the websites. We help you keep it complete, with your practice areas, real opening hours and answered reviews, and linked to your website.

More and more people ask ChatGPT which lawyer it would recommend. These assistants rely on what they can read about you: your website, your listing, your reviews and the sites that mention you. We explain it in this guide (in Spanish).

How we work

We start with a half-hour conversation, at your office or on the phone, to see which areas you want to be found for and which clients interest you. Then we send you a written proposal with the pages, languages, timescale and a fixed price.

We draft the text for each practice area from what you tell us, and you review it before anything goes live: you are the one who knows the law and who signs off what the site says.

Frequently asked questions

What does a lawyer’s website need by law?

Like any professional website, a legal notice with the owner’s details and, because it is a regulated profession, the bar association you belong to and your membership number. It also needs a privacy policy and a cookie policy. We draft them with your details for you to review.

Can I use the Bar Association’s crest on my website?

The Spanish Code of Conduct for lawyers does not allow bar association emblems in a firm’s advertising. You can say that you are a member of the ICAIB and give your number, but without the crest. We take care of that when we build the site.

Can I talk about cases I have won?

You can explain the kind of matters you handle and publish articles or rulings with nothing that identifies anyone. What you cannot do is promise results or name clients without their written permission.

Which languages should it be in?

In Mallorca many firms advise clients from abroad. The usual choice is Spanish, Catalan and English, each language with its own addresses so that Google shows each client the right version.

I already have a website and hardly anyone gets in touch. What do you look at first?

How it looks on a phone, whether each practice area has its own page, how your Google Maps listing looks and what an assistant such as ChatGPT says when asked about lawyers in your field in your area. From that we tell you what we would change and in what order.

Call or write to us

We can talk on the phone or meet at your premises, whenever suits you.
